By accessing or using the Forzo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Forzo is operated by AI Way Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Service is intended for: • Indian Armed Forces veterans (Army, Navy, Air Force) seeking civilian employment • Employers and recruiters seeking to hire veteran talent • Users who are at least 18 years of age By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or outdated.

Forzo provides the following services: • AI-powered job matching and recommendations tailored to your military background • ATS-compliant resume generation based on your service profile • Job listings from verified civilian employers • Career transition guidance and skill mapping • Direct application tools and employer connections Services may be offered on free or subscription basis. Premium features require active subscription. Forzo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Forzo offers paid subscription plans including: • Neo Plan (₹99/month): AI job recommendations and daily curated feed • Pro Bundle (₹249/month): All Neo features plus AI ATS Resume Builder • Lifetime Pro (₹499 one-time): Lifetime access to all Pro features Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST.

You agree not to: • Provide false or misleading information about your military service or qualifications • Post job listings that are fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory • Harvest or scrape user data from the platform • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations • Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to damage the Service Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Way Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India. You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, profiles, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Forzo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display your content in connection with providing the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence.

Forzo aggregates job listings from multiple sources and also accepts direct postings from employers. We do not guarantee: • The accuracy or completeness of any job listing • That any employer will respond to your application • That any job position will remain available Employers who post on Forzo are solely responsible for their listings and hiring decisions. Forzo is not a party to any employment agreement between candidates and employers. We encourage users to report fraudulent or inappropriate listings.

Forzo uses artificial intelligence to provide job recommendations, resume generation, and skill mapping. While we strive for accuracy: • AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified by the user before use • Match scores and recommendations are indicative and not guarantees of employment • ATS resume scores are estimates based on available data • We continuously improve our AI models but cannot guarantee specific outcomes You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We take the privacy of veteran data seriously. Your service records and personal information are stored securely and used only to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • Forzo does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service • Forzo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our platform Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at support@forzo.co.in. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
